2026 GT’S LIVING FOODS x DAYBREAKERS ALIVE SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”)

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on July 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States who, at the time of prize awarding, are eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 in NE or AL; 21 in MS) and who are able to travel to Los Angeles, CA 9/12/26-9/14/26. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers (“Employees et al”) of GT’s Living Foods, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and its bottlers, Promotion Security Group LLC (“PSG”), participating retailers and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Promotion Parties”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) and those living in the same households as such Employees et al, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate. Void outside the states listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Sweepstakes Period, scan the code found on specially marked Synergy packaging or on Synergy display materials in participating retail locations, which will take you to https://gtslivingfoods.com/synergy-daybreaker  (the “Website”), or go directly to the Website. Once at the Website, follow the on-screen instructions to submit an entry. This will require providing your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older (19 in NE or AL; 21 in MS) , and acceptance of the Official Rules (an “entry”). There will also be a checkbox confirming that you are agreeing to receiving marketing communication from the Sponsor. The box needs to be manually unchecked if you are declining receiving any marketing communication rom Sponsor.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per day per person.  If more than one entry is received from the same person in one day, all but the first entry will be disqualified.  A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. PT. The time clock of the Sweepstakes administrator is the official clock for this Sweepstakes. 

In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, an entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address and/or wireless phone submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such email address or wireless phone number. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her email, wireless phone number or postal address during the Sweepstakes Period.  Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and in some instances, will not be acknowledged.  Each entry submission must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email/IP addresses or wireless phone number may be blocked. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries.  Entries not in conformance with these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

4. PRIZE DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 8/1/26 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Promotion Security Group LLC (the “Administrator”), an independent judging organization, whose decisions in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final.

5. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of roundtrip airfare for two (2) from major airport closest to winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA 9/12/26 – 9/14/26; 2-nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), and two (2) tickets to the Daybreaker’s ALIVE Music Wellness Festival  at Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles, CA on 9/13/26. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $2,200.00.*  FIRST PRIZES: Thirty-three (33) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of two (2) tickets to the winner’s choice of any one Daybreaker event during 2026 (see Daybreaker.com for event dates and locations); and a Synergy 6-Pack. Approximate Retail Value of each First Prize: $218.

*Grand Prize trip must be taken on dates specified. No transfer or substitution of trip elements will be permitted. Winner and guest must be 18 years of age or older. Winner and guest must possess all necessary travel documents (i.e. identification) prior to awarding of prize, depart/return from/to the same major airport and travel on same itinerary. Grand Prize trip does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, ground transportation, food and beverages, or service charges, hotel room service, laundry service, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long-distance telephone calls, airport charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above. Actual retail value of prize may vary depending on location of winner’s residence and the destination cities and may fluctuate due to market conditions, changes in value of components, (e.g. air transportation and hotel rates) and other reasons.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone at the email address or phone number provided with their entry, within approximately one (1) day of the drawing (“Winner Notification”). Prize winners will be required to respond within forty-eight (48) hours to their Winner Notification.  Potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and W9 (“Prize Claim Forms”), within time frame specified in the Winner Notification or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service or a change in potential winner’s telephone number or email address that may result in the potential winner not receiving the Winner Notification or any other notice or prize. In the event (i) a Winner Notification or Prize Claim Forms (for Grand Prize Winner only) are returned as undeliverable; (ii) a potential winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification or Prize Claim Forms as directed; or (iii) a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that potential winner may be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Any difference between stated ARV of any prize and actual value of the prize will not be awarded.  Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation, e-mails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a spam or junk folder.

7. GENERAL:  Except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize or any portion of a prize becomes unavailable. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated in these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they appear online from time to time during the Sweepstakes Period for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws & regulations apply. Any personal information provided in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes will only be used by Sponsor to notify a potential winner and/or fulfillment of a prize.

THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“AAA RULES”). THE AAA RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN CALIFORNIA. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CALIFORNIA. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE END OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

8. PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected from Participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://gtslivingfoods.com/pages/privacy-policy. In addition, by agreeing to receive Marketing Communication via the marked checkbox submitted during the entry process, entrant agrees to allow the Sponsor and Sponsor’s designee to contact them via email, mailing address and/or phone number with communication regarding Sponsor’s company, products and events.

9. CONDUCT: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the claim or entry  process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GT’S LIVING FOODS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, AND GT’S LIVING FOODS AND IT’S RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and all of their employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, prize suppliers, promotion/advertising/fulfillment agencies associated with this Sweepstakes (collectively the “Released Parties”) assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service;  or (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part.  In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they may appear online from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded.

11. WINNER RELEASES: All participants, as a condition of participation into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and all other Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Except where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Website) the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor.
